Abs & Booty Burn

This is a 45 minute workout to tighten and tone a few of our best assets! A mix of high intensity and low intensity exercises that are sure to burn so good! We will use bands, weights, balls and the wall. All levels welcome!

This class offers an overall approach to mobility, stability and awareness of the body as it performs in your daily life. Whether a competitive athlete, weekend warrior or someone just looking to live a healthy lifestyle injury-free this class is for you! Things WILL heat up and you WILL sweat... and you'll also feel like you had a full body massage when this class is over. Bring a sense of humor, a towel and be ready to challenge your body.

Barre Fusion

Barre Fusion is a combination of mat Pilates, ballet barre, and yoga to tone, lift & lengthen muscles while improving balance and strength to your body. This fusion style workout will be part standing and part mat work using additional equipment such as bands, 2 lb weights, pilates balls and mats. You may use the portable ballet bar for support or not at your discretion. All levels welcome.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Hatha concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. In using postures (asanas), breathing techniques(pranayama), and meditation techniques(dyana) with breaks between poses, the goal is to bring about a healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.
