In this class we incorporate the entire body - nothing is left out! Come ready to sweat and get your Yo-PUMP ON! We use 2lb weights, bar, mat, bands, balls and blocks. Feel free to bring your own weights if you choose, everything else is provided.
Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow is designed by each instructor individually for you to flow, hold poses, breathe and work your entire being. With influence from multiple lineages of yoga, pairing breath with movement, we will create space in mind and body to work on strength, balance and flexibility. Your practice becomes a moving meditation that creates freedom and fluidity. Expect a fully balanced class of forward folds, twists, and backbends with opportunity to explore, scale back or add inversions to find your state of flow.

Gentle Hatha concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. In using postures (asanas), breathing techniques(pranayama), and meditation techniques(dyana) with breaks between poses, the goal is to bring about a healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.
