Yin and Yang Yoga
-
Yin and Yang Yoga is an artful blend of the invigorating elements of Yang followed by the restorative elements of Yin. We will begin with a Vinyasa style practice to activate the external, dynamic, and warming qualities of Yang. The last half of the class will focus on the internal, passive, and cooling qualities of Yin. By delving deeper into the body, we will begin to understand the nature of Yin and Yang and discover how they reflect into our lives on and off of the yoga mat. Expect to leave feeling balanced, nourished, and more connected to your true essence.
