Yoga Flow is designed by each instructor individually for you to flow, hold poses, breathe and work your entire being. With influence from multiple lineages of yoga, pairing breath with movement, we will create space in mind and body to work on strength, balance and flexibility. Your practice becomes a moving meditation that creates freedom and fluidity. Expect a fully balanced class of forward folds, twists, and backbends with opportunity to explore, scale back or add inversions to find your state of flow.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Hatha concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. In using postures (asanas), breathing techniques(pranayama), and meditation techniques(dyana) with breaks between poses, the goal is to bring about a healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind.

Mobility Flow

What serves the body best? A delicate combination of Balance + Strength + Movement. This class offers an overall approach to mobility, stability and awareness of the body as it performs in your daily life. Whether a competitive athlete, weekend warrior or someone just looking to live a healthy lifestyle injury-free this class is for you! Things WILL heat up and you WILL sweat... and you'll also feel like you had a full body massage when this class is over. Bring a sense of humor, a towel and be ready to challenge your body.
