In this class we incorporate the entire body – nothing is left out! Come ready to sweat and get your Yo PUMP ON! We use 2lb weights, barre, mat, bands, balls and blocks. Feel free to bring your own weights if you choose, everything else is provided! (This is not a Yoga class but it will Pump you up for Yoga:))
