Rock ‘n Rollga is the creation of Chelsea Crabtree ~ a fun and funky fusion class consisting of 75min of dynamic vinyasa with intermittent myofascial rolling set to a rockin’ playlist, plus a melty 15min savasana with aromatherapy.
Chelsea’s background in the arts as a dancer and singer along with her experience as a personal trainer and yoga teacher all swirled together, allowing for the creation of this challenging practice. Suitable for experienced yogis and those who enjoy power yoga, the dynamic flow practice will create a good amount of heat in the body, which comes in handy when the rolling begins!
