Lakewood Ranch power yoga

Power gives you yoga designed to hit every aspect of your physical fitness while creating mindfulness and awareness of your body. It incorporates strength, flexibility, balance and breath by using your own bodyweight to tone and strengthen. You will be given variations so you can go with your own flow per your body’s needs as with all of our classes. You do not have to be advanced to enjoy this practice but you are welcome to explore advanced poses if they are in your practice already or with help from the instructors.
