Gentle Hatha Yoga

Gentle Yoga concentrates on physical health and mental well-being. In using postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation techniques (dyana), the goal is to bring about a healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Simple flowing sequences will warm up the body and will end with a savasana for relaxation. This class is appropriate for those looking for slower paced movements, gentle stretching with balance, or new to yoga. No experience required.
