Effective February 15, 2026
Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before class start time.
Cancellations made with less than 3 hours’ notice will result in:
- $10 late-cancel fee for members
- Loss of class credit for drop-in or class pack students
No-shows are treated the same as late cancellations.
If an unexpected situation arises, please call or text the studio prior to class.
While fees may still apply, communication is always appreciated.
This policy helps keep classes accessible, supports our instructors, and respects our shared time and commitment.
