Aerial Yoga combines the physical practice of yoga with elements of acrobatics through the use of a suspended swing constructed out of nylon fabric. The same poses done on a mat elevated and supported. The purpose of the swing is to help you improve posture, flexibility, and build strength while allowing you to do challenging poses without added pressure on your shoulders, spine, and head. We will explore stretching and restorative poses, flows and tricks.

Private groups can be scheduled during non class hours at $25 per person.
