Growing up in a dance studio owned by her parents, Denver was immersed in the language of movement from a young age. As a lifelong larger-bodied person, years spent in front of studio mirrors led to challenges with body dysmorphia, disordered eating, and self-criticism. Coupled with anxiety and depression, she eventually found healing through yoga at age 21—a moment that would change the course of her life.
With a background in musical theatre, dance, and performing arts, Denver transitioned from the stage to the mat, devoting her life to sharing yoga as a tool for self-acceptance, body awareness, and holistic wellness. Fourteen years ago, yoga entered my life at a time I needed healing the most—after being diagnosed with cancer. When illness touches your life, it doesn’t just affect the body—it weighs on your emotions, energy, and spirit. Yoga transformed all of that for me. It helped me heal physically, find peace mentally, and reconnect spiritually. That transformation inspired me to share the gift of yoga with others, and I’ve been teaching ever since.
Having spent nearly a decade teaching in a military community in North Carolina, I’ve had the privilege of guiding a wide variety of classes—from Hot Yoga, Power Vinyasa, and Yin, to Restorative, Meditation, Prenatal, Partner Yoga, Yoga for Soldiers, LSD (Long Slow Deep), and even SUP Yoga. My goal in every class is to help students rediscover strength, calm, and connection within themselves.
In addition to in-studio teaching, I’ve shared yoga with corporate groups, country clubs, private clients, veterans, and community events—from botanical gardens and breweries to military units and dance studios. Each setting reinforces what I love most about yoga: its ability to meet people exactly where they are.
Beyond yoga, my passion for healing extends to equine therapy, as I complete my CTRI certification through PATH International. When I’m not on the mat or with horses, you’ll likely find me on my pottery wheel, creating mugs and art pieces that reflect the same mindfulness yoga has brought into my life.
🧘♀️ I’m honored to teach at The Yoga Barre LWR and The Yoga Barre NRR, where I hope to help every student remember how amazing they truly are—in body, mind, and spirit. 💗

From the moment I attended my first yoga class, I knew something had shifted within me. I left feeling grounded, peaceful, and deeply connected—a feeling I instantly knew I wanted to share with others. If I can help even one person experience that same sense of clarity and calm, a part of my journey will have come full circle.
A semi-native Floridian and proud Sarasota resident of over four years, I’m a classically trained chef turned IT engineer, a proud father of two, and a lifelong student of life. My curiosity and passion for travel have taken me from Fairbanks, Alaska to Oranjestad, Aruba, and from Cabo San Lucas to Paris, exploring the beauty of the world and its cultures in between. When I’m not on my mat or at work, you’ll likely find me near the water—with my toes in the sand and gratitude in my heart.
Yoga has taught me that time on the mat is more than movement—it’s maintenance for the soul. It keeps me centered, focused, and ready to face whatever comes next. Through mindful breath and intentional practice, I’ve found balance in both mind and body—and my mission is to help others do the same.
🧘♂️ Join Vince at The Yoga Barre LWR for classes that encourage mindfulness, breath, and balance—on and off the mat.

Aliyah discovered yoga in 2021 during a deeply personal season of healing following sexual trauma. What began as a way to ground herself and reconnect soon grew into a lifelong practice. Yoga offered her space to breathe, to feel, and to begin again—with presence and compassion.
Seeking deeper understanding, Aliyah traveled to Bali to complete her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training through House of Om, where she studied traditional yogic philosophy, pranayama, anatomy, and mindful movement. Around the same time, she earned her Master’s degree in Evidence-Based Intervention from the University of Oxford, where her research focused on trauma recovery and evidence-based wellness practices. These two paths—science and spirit—naturally converge in her approach to yoga.
Aliyah’s classes integrate the alignment and structure of Hatha Yoga with the breath-led flow of Vinyasa, guided by her personal Ashtanga practice. Whether teaching a grounding slow flow or gentle mobility, she leads from a place of compassion, empowerment, and radical kindness.
With a background in trauma research, public health, and education, Aliyah is dedicated to creating safe, inclusive spaces where students can explore healing at their own pace and reconnect with their bodies.
🧘♀️ Aliyah is a substitute instructor at The Yoga Barre LWR and The Yoga Barre NRR, offering trauma-informed, heart-centered yoga that bridges mindful movement with evidence-based healing.

Hannah’s yoga journey began in 2021 as a way to manage anxiety, depression, and addiction. What started as a personal healing practice quickly grew into a passion to help others find balance, peace, and connection through mindful movement.
Initially drawn to the energy and rhythm of Vinyasa Yoga, Hannah later discovered the quiet strength of Yin and Restorative Yoga—practices that taught her how to slow down, soften, and listen deeply. Known for her warm and grounded teaching style, she encourages her students to explore the balance between effort and ease, asking: “How slow can you go? How still can you be? How deeply can you allow yourself to settle?”
At The Yoga Barre LWR, Hannah teaches Yin, Restorative, and Gentle Yoga classes designed to promote relaxation, flexibility, and emotional healing. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, she brings a deep understanding of anatomy, fascia, and energy flow into her sessions—creating a safe, nurturing environment that supports both physical and emotional renewal.
