Therapeutic Wellness Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your massage appointment.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a
  $25 late-cancellation fee.
• No-shows (failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice) will be charged
  $50% of the scheduled service cost.

Massage sessions are reserved specifically for you, and last-minute cancellations make it difficult to accommodate other clients and support our therapists. We appreciate your understanding and respect for their time.
